1. We're ready to listen

If a loved one of yours has recently died, or if they are nearing the end of their life, we'll gladly help you to make the arrangements. The first step is to give us a call.

2. Collecting your loved one

We don't need to collect your loved one immediately, so please take your time in saying your goodbyes. Once you're ready for us, we'll bring them into our care.

3. Supporting you and your family

Whilst your loved one is resting safely in our state-of-the-art mortuary facilities, we'll guide you through all the legal paperwork, ensuring the cremation can go ahead smoothly.

4. A chance to say farewell

We know that it's important for some families to say goodbye at a ceremony before the cremation. If you would like, we can help you to arrange a simple, low-cost ceremony at a local crematorium.

5. The cremation

For those without a ceremony, we'll make sure to let you know at what time the cremation will take place, so that you can have a moment of quiet reflection to yourself.

6. Your loved one's ashes

Depending on what you'd like, we can either hand-deliver the ashes to you at home within 21 days. Or we can scatter them respectfully on your behalf at the crematorium's own Garden of Remembrance.

Is a Direct Cremation what my loved one would have wanted?: We have found that a Direct Cremation tends to suit those who would not have wanted to cause any hassle for anyone else, as the ceremony is usually a lot more stripped back than a traditional funeral. If your loved one also wouldn't have wanted typical formalities like a funeral procession or a hearse, then this ceremony could also be right for them.
